Bubble Shooter Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Bubble Shooter (the “App”) is operated by Geos Media RG (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play the App.
Information you provide
The App does not ask you to create an App account or provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, payment details, precise location, or other direct personal information.
Firebase leaderboard and Daily Challenge
The optional global leaderboard and Daily Challenge leaderboard use Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in) and Cloud Firestore, services provided by Google. When the App saves or loads a leaderboard result, it processes and stores:
- a randomly generated anonymous Firebase identifier;
- your score, completed level, and the UTC date for a Daily Challenge result;
- the fixed leaderboard label “Player”;
- the App version, platform, and result-update timestamp.
Firebase Authentication may also process standard technical information, including IP address and user-agent information, to provide authentication security and prevent abuse. Firebase communication uses HTTPS. Google’s handling of Firebase service data is described in Firebase Privacy and Security and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Play Games Services
The App uses Google Play Games Services for automatic sign-in where available and for visible achievement progress. There is no separate custom sign-in screen in the App. Google Play Games Services may process Games account information such as gamer identity (gamertag and avatar), achievement progress, technical diagnostics, and service analytics needed to provide and improve the service. The App only sends eligible achievement-unlock events; it does not store a Play Games gamer identity, email address, or avatar in its Firebase leaderboard.
Google Play Games Services encrypts relevant data in transit. Google provides controls for Play Games profile visibility and allows players to delete Play Games data through their Play Games profile or Google Account. See Google Play Games data disclosure guidance for more information.
Native sharing and in-app reviews
The App opens Android’s standard share sheet only after you press the Share score button. Any information you choose to share is handled by the destination app or service you select. We do not automatically post scores or messages on your behalf.
After you complete at least three campaign levels, the App may request the Google Play in-app review flow no more than once every 90 days on the device. We do not receive the text or rating that you submit through that Google-controlled review flow.
How information is used
We use Firebase leaderboard data only to authenticate the App anonymously, save a player’s best leaderboard results, and display the fixed label “Player” with score and level. We use Play Games achievement events only to provide achievement functionality. We do not use App data for advertising, behavioural profiling, marketing, or sale of personal information.
Sharing and visibility
Firebase processes leaderboard data as our service provider. Global and Daily Challenge leaderboards are visible to App players and show only the fixed label “Player”, score, and level. Google Play Games Services is operated by Google under its own terms and privacy policies; Play Games profile visibility is controlled through Google Play Games settings. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Firebase leaderboard entries are retained while the leaderboard is available so that scores can be ranked. To request deletion of an anonymous Firebase leaderboard entry, email geos.media.mt@gmail.com with “Bubble Shooter data deletion” in the subject and include the approximate score, level, and date/time of play. We will use this information only to locate and remove the matching entry where reasonably possible.
Play Games data is managed separately by Google. Players can delete Play Games data for a game through their Play Games profile or Google Account controls.
Security
Data sent to Firebase and Google Play Games Services is transmitted using HTTPS. Firebase access is governed by security rules designed to limit score writes to the anonymous player that owns the entry.
Children’s privacy
The App does not knowingly collect direct personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will address the request promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its revision date.
